Muga healthcare support provides high level mandatory training induction course,to ensure that all our staff only offer the highest quality of care. These accolades mark our ongoing commitment to the highest standards of training and induction.
All of our staff including nurses complete a rigorous assessment programme including Manual handling, First aid, Hospital life support, MPVA, NEWS2, Palliative care, Epilepsy, Diabetes, Autistic awareness,Medication, Equality & Diversity, Personal care and Safeguarding. As well as completing regular refresher training, we invest in our staff members and encourage them to enhance their theoretical and practical skills in areas that are of particular interest to them.
